Agreement

By using Budgitrack, you agree to these terms. Budgitrack is a product of Recurse Ltd ("we", "our", "us").

Use of the App

Budgitrack is provided for personal budget tracking. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple. Monthly (£1.99/mo) and yearly (£19.99/yr) plans include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Lifetime Purchase

The lifetime purchase (£29.99) grants permanent access to all Premium features with no recurring charges.

Cancellation

Cancel subscriptions through Apple ID settings. No refunds for partial subscription periods; contact Apple for refund requests.

Data

Your data is stored locally. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure. We recommend regular device backups.

Intellectual Property

Budgitrack and its design are the property of Recurse Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app.

Limitation of Liability

Budgitrack is provided “as is”. We are not liable for financial decisions made based on the app’s calculations.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
