Yes, you can change your plan anytime from your Apple ID subscription settings. If you switch from monthly to yearly, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Through your Apple ID subscription settings. Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions, find Budgitrack, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
